Anita was preceded in death by her parents, John L. Haney and Rena Haney of Waco, Texas.
She married Holley Pick on February 1, 1991.
She is survived by her husband of 30 years, their 3 children, Celeste Whisnant and husband, John Connor, and Brent Pick and wife, 7 grandchildren all of Waco. Grandchildren: Skyler and Teagan Whisnant, Jacob, Bryce, and Cathleen Connor, Braydon and Brooklynn Pick. Anita was youngest of 7 children, brothers and sisters: Wade, Cleo, Kenneth, Maxine, Billy Jack, and Terry.
Her favorite bible verses were John 3:16 and Psalms 23. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bellmead, Texas for 30 years.
The family would like to express a special thank you to Bluebonnet Hospice, nurses; Laurie, Gabby, Kim and Tysha and also caretaker Tammy for their support and care.
