Annie Falk Youngblood, 91, of Bellmead, passed away Sunday, June 16 in Bellmead. Mass of Christian burial will be 9 am Thursday, June 20 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bellmead. Burial will be at Coolidge City Cemetery in Coolidge, Texas. Rosary will be recited at 6 pm Wednesday, June 19 with visitation from 6 to 8 pm at Bellmead Funeral Home. Annie was born March 14, 1922 in Saint Lampert, Germany to Joseph and Anna Marie (Schumeister) Weigle. Annie arrived in the United States in 1947 bringing her son, Kurt, born in 1941. She also brought her German grace, culture and charm sharing her gifts of wonderful German cakes, cookies and pastries. She joined the Youngblood family on November 6, 1963 when she married Doss Youngblood. Even though they had no children, she inherited many nieces and nephews who she spoiled rotten. Annie will always have an enormous and special place in our hearts. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Gretl Zimmett; and her brothers, Hans Falk and Josef Falk. Survivors include her husband, Doss Youngblood; her son, Kurt R. Hartzog and wife, Julie; her brothers, Hermann Falk and wife, Millie and Wastle Falk and wife, Irmgard; her sister in laws, Amaliese Falk, Aline Brooks and Linda Farrar and husband, Bobby; brother in laws, Paul Youngblood, Johnny Youngblood and wife, Glenda and Willie Youngblood and wife, Mary; grandchildren, Veronica White and husband, Brent, Josef "Hans" Hartzog and wife, Candice and Patricia Puente and husband, Martin; great grandchildren, Patrick Kolara, Mia, Avery and Foster Hartzog and Lucy and Alex Puente; many nieces and nephews in Germany; and numerous nieces and nephews here in the states that will miss her dearly. Pallbearers will be Patrick Kotara, Austin Behringer, Alvin and Aaron Mynar and Jeff, Clay and David Youngblood. Honorary pallbearers will be, Johnny, Willie and Paul Youngblood, U.F. Roberts, Harry Myers, Garry Moore and Bobby Farrar.
