Bonnie B. Miller passed away on August 21, 2024 at the age of 96.

Bonnie was born August 11, 1928 in Riesel, Texas to Drusilla (Wynn) and Albert Curtis Brown. On November 7, 1946, she married Ruben Miller. They were married 50 years before he passed away in August of 1997. Bonnie was a long-time member of Friedens Church in Riesel, Texas. She loved to cook for everyone, especially for her grandchildren.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, brothers and sister-in-laws, Ferman and Sue Brown, Archie and Mildred Brown, and brother William Duane Brown, her sisters and brother-in-laws Christine and Marvin Schlemmer, and Mavoureen and Gene Shelton.

Survivors include her daughter Debra Hogg and husband Billy Ray, son Steve Miller and wife Mindy, brother Gerald Brown and wife Yvonne and sister-in-law Ruby Brown. Bonnie leaves behind her grandchildren: Jennifer Vicha, J.R. Vicha, Jr. and wife Kimberly, Chad Miller and wife Stacy, and Mandy Chitty and husband Michael. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren: John Vicha III, Chance, Colton and Skylar Miller and Avery, Jackson and Blake Chitty.

Visitation will be held on Sunday August 25, 2024 from 3 to 5 pm at Bellmead Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held in her honor at Friedens Cemetery in Riesel, Texas on Monday August 26, 2024 at 10:00. Pallbearers will be J.R. Vicha, Jr., John Vicha III, Chad Miller, Chance Miller, Colton Miller, Michael Chitty, and Ray Vann 

The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to Atrium of Bellmead and Compassus Hospice, especially to the caregiver Debbie Tucker for her love and care.
