Carl Andrew Stutsman

Carl went to be with his precious Savior on Saturday, January 29. He is remembered by his wife Pamela and 7 living siblings, his twin brother Charles (Valerie) Stutsman in Norfolk, Virginia; his oldest sister Virginia (Jim) Bennett in Bothell, Washington; a middle sister Elizabeth Stutsman in Lynnwood, Washington; a middle brother Art (Pam) Stutsman in Emhouse, Texas; a younger sister Esther (Fred) Zimmerman in Lynnwood, Washington; and a younger brother Arnold (Lisa) Stutsman in Rockton, Pennsylvania; his stepdaughters Becki (Stefan) Holberg, sons Noah and Geo; Candice Steele, her daughter and family; adopted daughter Rebekah Stutsman, sister-in-law Elizabeth (Bill) Petreman, and numerous nieces and nephews. Carl was born in Seattle, Washington on October 17, 1955.
Carl worked in aviation maintenance throughout his career starting with commercial helicopter maintenance in Provo, Utah; Missionary Aviation Maintenance in Cameroon, Central West Africa with JAARS the support arm of Wycliffe Bible Translators and SIL; Letourneau University, Director of Maintenance; and most recently teaching aircraft maintenance at Texas State Technical College. He was a strong supporter of CAP - Civil Air Patrol an auxiliary of the United States Air Force. Most importantly he was a firm believer in Jesus Christ and an active member of Chalk Bluff Baptist Church.
Carl will be missed by those who knew and loved him but is now with those who have gone before him including his mother Loise Ruth Miller, his father Reinhard (Skip) Stutsman, brother Wesley, and brother-in-law Fred Zimmerman.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Chalk Bluff Baptist Church, 5993 Gholson Rd, Waco, Texas on Saturday, February 12 at 10:00 am.
