Charles Richard Fisher, age 62, passed away Monday, February 22, 2016 at Providence Hospice Place in Waco. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Charles was born September 15, 1953 in Adrian, Michigan, the son of Richard and Madge Plumb.
He is survived by his sisters, Brenda Reese and husband, Tony of Bruceville, Dawn Dow of Bruceville and Bobbie Walker and husband, Jack of Shreveport, Louisiana; brothers, Michael Fisher of Tennessee and J. R. Fisher, Jr. and wife, Glenda of Shreveport, Louisiana; many nieces and nephews.
