Cindy Easter, 60, of Waco, passed away Sunday, August 31, in Waco. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 am Wednesday, September 3 at St. Joseph Church in Bellmead with Father Joy Adimakkeel officiating. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in Elk. Rosary will be 6:30 pm Tuesday, Sept. 2, with visitation to follow at Bellmead Funeral Home. Cindy was born June 3, 1954 in Waco to Leo Preston Sr. and Sandra (Bigham) Dennis. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bellmead. Cindy has been a rock that everyone leaned on. She was strong and took care of everyone around her. Cindy was preceded in death by her mother; father-in-law, Donald Easter; and grandmother-in-law, Mary Hill. Survivors include her husband of 34 years, Roger Easter of Waco; her father, Leo Dennis Sr. and wife, Joyce of Hallsburg; daughter, Stefanee Callaway of Waco; sons, Waylon Callaway and wife, Maria and RD Easter and wife, Stephanie all of Waco and Matthew Robinson of St. Louis; brothers and sisters, Sally Tlustos and husband, Tosty of Corsicana, Preston Dennis Jr. and wife, Linda of Axtell, Sharon Tierce and husband, David of Axtell, Susan Trickett and husband, Charles of Waco, Cheryl Landrum and husband, Chris of Whitney and John Dennis of Axtell; grandchildren, Kiylee Joseph Callaway, Kinsee Gordon, Kimbree Gordon, Kelcee Callaway, Victoria Callaway and Addison Easter; mother-in-law, Billie Boatman and husband, Marion of Axtell; aunt-in-law, Mary Alice James of Robinson; nephew, Charlie Easter; many other nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, numerous friends and her God children. Pallbearers will be Harold McCullough, Charlie Easter, Tosty Tlustos, David Tierce, Charles Trickett, Chris Landrum, Nathan Tierce and Dave Kopriva.
