Donald Knaub

Donald Lee Knaub passed from this life on July 16, 2024
A long time resident of Axtell, TX, Donald was born September 24, 1933, in Marysville, PA.  He married Linda Pearl Knaub shortly after moving to Texas.  Donald knew how to fix anything and could build a house from the ground up.  Donald was an avid fisherman and loved to hunt. He and his brothers would make an annual trip to Canada to enjoy camping, fishing, hunting, and story-swapping.  Donald taught his passion for the outdoors and quality hard work to his kids and grandkids, ensuring a legacy of self-sufficiency and work-ethic.  But, more importantly, he taught them hard work is pointless with out love; known for giving the best hugs.

Donald was preceded in death by his father Robert Knaub, mother Jennie Knaub, son Robert Knaub, and son Robert Lee.

Donald is survived by his loving wife Linda Knaub, children: Donna Warner, Jack Arthur Knaub, Kathy Leonard, David Knaub, Cindy Price, BC Lee Jr., Alfred Lee, Barbie Chapa; as well as numerous grand children, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren all of whom were loved dearly.
