Eugene Dulak, of Axtell, passed away Monday, January 30, 2017.

Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Thursday, February 2, 2017 at St. Martin Cemetery in Tours, Texas. Rosary will be 7:00 pm Wednesday, February 1, 2017 with visitation to follow at Bellmead Funeral Home.

Eugene was born December 21, 1948 in Axtell, Texas to Frank C. and Fannie (Mach) Dulak. He graduated from Axtell High School, served in the Air Force from 1969 to 1973 where he was a Sgt. With the 81st Supply Squadron stationed in England. He retired from Army Air Force Exchange Distribution Center in Waco after 20 years of service. Eugene lived most of his life in Axtell where he was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Elk and was a former member of the Mart V.F.W.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his brothers, Jerry Dulak and wife, Janet and Frank Dulak and wife, Marie; his sisters, Frances Baker and husband, Calvin, Evelyn Clawson and husband, Dorian "Cowboy" and Helen Gandee and husband, Jackie; 9 nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins. Also a special friend, Darrell Kennedy.

Pallbearers will be his nieces and nephews.

Eugene's family would like to express a special thank you to all the nurses in Providence ICU (2nd floor); everyone at The Atrium of Bellmead; and Dr. Hamilton and Dr. Pietsch for the excellent care given to Eugene.
