With The Faithful Christ In Loving Memory of Frances Kechter, 86, of Lacy Lakeview who passed away Monday, Aug. 10 at a local nursing home was cremated in Waco. She was born April 8, 1923 in Huntsville to John Porter and Frances Davis (Hightower) Skelton. She worked in fashion merchandising. Survivors include her sons, Harold C. Kechter of California and Dr. Miles Kechter of Waco, sister, Virginia Barnes of Waco, grandchildren, Virginia Ann Kechter and Douglas Kechter and 2 great grandchildren.
