Gloria Kiszka of Axtell passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2021, at her residence. Services will be graveside at 11:00 AM Friday March 5, 2021 at Axtell Cemetery. Pastor Johnny Tull, of Grace Gospel Church officiating. Burial will be at Axtell Cemetery.
Gloria was born March 22, 1925 in Corsicana, Texas to
Robert and Pauline Bays. She spent 2 years at Mary Hardin Baylor before
marrying Chester Kiszka, June 19, 1943 in Camp Hood, Texas. She was a housewife
and Mother most of her life. She did work for Dr. R. H. F. Lynch for a number
of years when they lived in Rolling Fork, MS. She along with her husband
Chester were lifetime members of VFW Post No. 2148, American Legion Post No.
121, Sul Ross Senior Club and members of Axtell Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her
husband Chester. Survivors include; daughter, Patsy Chet Kiszka Perry and
husband Baskin of Rolling Fork, MS. Jere Lynn Kiszka Curry and husband Jesse of
Axtell, Texas, Grandsons, Kelly Kiszka Perry and wife Susan of Rolling Fork,
their daughters Peyton B. Perry and Presley B. Perry. Shay L. Perry and wife
Casey of Rolling fork, their son Parker L. Perry of Rolling Fork, MS. John-Reid
Perry and wife Tiffany of Coldwater, MS and sons John-Asher and Trey Lewallan.
Sharkey V. Stuart of Axtell, Texas and daughter, Kiley Stuart. Chester V.
Stuart and wife Brandi and daughter Rylee.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons. Honorary pallbearers
will be Byron Campbell of Axtell, Texas and Walter Parker of Bellmead, Texas.
