Ira Kuzniarek

Ira Earle Kuzniarek, age 90, passed away October 5, 2016 in Waco. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bellmead with Father Isidore Rozycki as celebrant. A rosary will be recited 7:00 p.m. Monday, October 10th at the Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel. Friends may pay their respects at the funeral home beginning Noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.

Ira was born September 9, 1926 in Rockwood, Texas, the daughter of Conner and Maggie (Hatten) Walters. She married Herman Kuzniarek in 1975 and he preceded her in death in 2003. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bellmead and a member of the Catholic Daughters. She was devoted to her family and loved polka music and dancing.

Also preceding her in death were her parents; daughter, Shirley Jean Barnes; two sisters.

She is survived by her daughters, Glenda Perry and Lucretia Ann Hoffman; son, Billy Don Vinson; sisters, Pauline Cooper and Melba Nixon and her husband, Harold; brother, Wayne Walters; 12 grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
