James Michael Vollintine, 60, of Waco, passed away Friday, August 29, 2014, in Waco. Services will be 11 a.m. with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Thursday, September 4, at Waco Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Pastor Paul Krupicka officiating. James was born December 2, 1953 in Harlington, Texas to Eugene and Gladys (Klare) Vollintine and attended LaVega schools. James studied electronics at TSTI and worked for many years at Dan's T.V. in Waco. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed fishing. James was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Vollintine; his mother, Gladys Freeman; and his wife, Norma (Jones) Vollintine on July 14, 2010. Survivors include his daughter, Luticia Gail Vollintine of Waco; his sister, Diane Pleasants and husband Keith, of Waxahachie and Patricia Ann Vollintine of Hallettsville; two nieces; one nephew, and a host of friends and golf buddies.
