James Riley Kellum, 72, of Bellmead passed away Saturday, November 15, at his residence. Visitation and viewing will be 6 to 8 pm Monday, Nov. 17 at Bellmead Funeral Home. Memorial services will be 2 pm Tuesday, Nov. 18 at Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Victor Lyons officiating. James was born October 26, 1940 in Hillsboro, Texas to Bunny Gilbert and Frances Madeline (Cochran) Kellum. He attended Hillsboro schools and married Sharon Coffman on March 11, 1968. James was a Fireman and member of the Church of Christ in Hillsboro. He worked at Huck Manufacturing for 21 years until retiring. James was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Willie Gatlin. Survivors include his wife, Sharon Kellum of Bellmead; his daughter, Kimberly Klump and husband, Jimmy of Bellmead; his son, Jeffrey Kellum and wife, Aleshia of Ft. Worth; his sister, Bonnie Wornell of Waco; his grandchildren, James Klump, Haley Klump, Maddeline Kellum, Jeffrey Kellum Jr., Bradley Kellum, Riley Kellum II and Lannah Kellum; and numerous nieces and nephews.
