Kenneth Jugert, 80, passed away Friday, February 10, 2012 at a local hospital. Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 15,at St. Paul Lutheran Church with Pastor Walter Albers and Pastor Andrew Byars officiating. Burial will be at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, February 14 at Bellmead Funeral Home. Mr. Jugert was born July 19, 1931, in Red Cloud, Nebraska, he served in the Army during the Korean War and retired from Young Brothers Construction after 25 years of service. He was a car transporter for several local car dealers and was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. Mr. Jugert was preceded in death by his wife, Janet L. Jugert on September 11, 1997; his sisters, Doris Hoffman and Jean Weiss; and brother Pete "Dallas" Jugert. Survivors include his sons, Michael Jugert and wife, Sonya of Lorena and Steve Kolton and wife, Robin of Elgin; special friend, Helene Murray of Lacy Lakeview; 6 grandchildren, Misti and Gene Hykel, Alisha and Andy Ferguson, Amanda Jugert, Heather and Eric Baker, Erin and A.J. Capobianco and Derek Beasley; 8 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be, Larry Weiss, Rod Weiss, Gene Hykel, Andy Ferguson, Derek Beasley, Eric Baker and Jimmy Jugert. Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, 1301 Hogan Ln., Waco, TX 76705.
