Kimberly Ann Parkhill, 54 years old, passed away on Oct 4th, 2021 in Fargo, North Dakota with her husband, Chris Parkhill, by her side. We invite you to help us celebrate her life on Friday, Oct 15th. Services will be held at Bellmead Funeral Home on Le Clede St. in Waco, TX at 10am. Burial services will follow shortly after at Gholson Cemetery.
Kimberly was born in Kerrville, TX in 1967. She attended
Tivy High School and graduated in 1985. She met the love of her life, Chris
Parkhill, when she was 20 years old. They dated for a short period of time and
were married in June of 1987. Shortly after they began their journey, they started
their family and had 5 children in total. The Parkhill family eventually
settled in Gholson, TX, a small town just outside of Waco.
Kimberly dedicated her entire existence to her family. She
loved her husband, children, and grandbabies dearly. Kimberly spent most of her
adulthood raising her children and spoiling her grandkids. Several months out
of the year, Kimberly would travel the country alongside her husband, Chris. She
loved the traveling life, and you could always find her searching for the
nearest Goodwill or Starbucks. Kimberly was a God fearing woman who shared the
love of Jesus with her family. She was an extraordinary daughter, sister, wife,
mother, nana, and friend.
Kimberly is preceded in death by her grandparents Charlie
and Rachel Mains, Werner and Lois Wehmeyer, Arnold and Faye Liesmann. Her
father, George Mains, and father in law, Ronnie Devericks.
Kimberly is survived by her husband, Chris Parkhill,
children Chris and Kristina Parkhill., Kyle and Ashley Parkhill, Chance and
Amanda Parkhill, Paige Parkhill, Peyton Parkhill. Siblings, Lori Lineweaver and
husband John Lineweaver, Debbie Sheppard and husband John Sheppard, Tanya
Harrell and husband Lance Harrell. Parents Linda and Lou Liesmann. She is
survived by multiple grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Due to the unexpected death of Kimberly, the family is
requesting financial assistance with the funeral in lieu of flowers. Please
