TSgt Lewis Andrew Daddario, USAF, Retired, 76, of Bellmead, passed away, Monday, January 16, at a local hospital. Services will be 11 am Friday, January 20, at Waco Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Curtis Holland officiating. Lewis was born May 15, 1935, in Middleburg, Pennsylvania, to Martin and Mary (Colontonio) Daddario. He joined the Air Force in 1952, served in Vietnam and retired in 1972. He married Letha Gilbert on February 26, 1959, and worked at T.S.T.C. from 1973 to 1989 and retired from AAFES after several years of service. Lewis loved country music, reading, and working in his yard. He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Survivors include his wife, Letha Daddario of Bellmead; his daughters, Angie Westbrook and husband Mark of Laguna Vista, Kathy Abbott and husband Rodney of Abilene and Diane Pitts of Bellmead; sisters, Janet Daddario and Jane Snyder both of Pennsylvania; and brothers, Mike and David Daddario both of Pennsylvania and Chuck Daddario of California; grandchildren, Grant Terral, Robin and Ryan Abbott and Devon Hannah; and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to, the American Diabetes Association or the ASPCA.
