Linda Ann Meaders, age 69, of Lacy Lakeview passed away Thursday, July 30, 2015 at her home surrounded by her loved ones. Services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, August 1, 2015 at the Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Richard Rust officiating. A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday July 31, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Gerald Cemetery. Linda was born March 13, 1946 in Waco to Henry Edmund and Anna (Wachsmann) Zanter. She married Scott Meaders Nov. 12, 1970. She adored and enjoyed being with her family and many friends. She loved the hill country and traveling with the love of her life, Scott. Linda never met a stranger and was loved by all that ever met her. She loved life and lived it to the fullest. She also loved her four legged children, Maverick and Nugget and they were by her side to the very end. She is survived by her husband, R. Scott Meaders of Lacy Lakeview; son, Ted Thornton of Lacy Lakeview; brother, John Zanter, Sr. of Waco and multiple nieces, nephews, cousins and other family.
