Perry was born November 9, 1952 in Paducah, Texas to Ike H. and Alice A. (Durham) Worley, Jr.
He is survived by his mother, Alice A. Worley of Round Rock; daughter, Kimberly K. Worley Cottin and husband, Christophe of Paris, France; son, Caleb D. Worley and wife, Chanda of Colorado; sister, Lela J. Worley of Round Rock; brother, Steven R. Worley of Waco; grandson, Christian Worley and granddaughter, Miara Worley, both of Colorado; several nieces and nephews.
