Ricky Wayne Tobias, 63, of Bellmead, passed away Friday, January 8, 2015.
Services will be 2 pm Monday, Jan. 11, at Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel with Troy Sandifer officiating. Burial will be at Axtell Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 to 7 pm Sunday, Jan. 10 at the funeral home.
Ricky was born September 29, 1952 in Waco, to Leslie Gordon and Lorine (Ingram) Tobias. He served in the Army and was stationed in Germany during the Vietnam Era. On July 4, 1992 he married Norma Olson Sandifer. Ricky was a good Mechanic and was Pit Boss for his brother Joe at the Heart Of Texas Raceway. He was also a Barber and jack of all trades who enjoyed hunting, fishing and going to the Casinos.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Michael "Toby" Tobias and Joe Tobias.
Survivors include his wife, Norma Tobias; daughters, Paige Tobias Talbert and husband, Cameron IV and Nicole Lee; sons, Leslie Tobias and wife, Gelis and Troy Sandifer and wife, Jodi; sister, Debbie Chance; brother, Leslie James Tobias and wife, Ann; sister-in-laws, Rosemary Tobias and Mattie Tobias; grandchildren, Jaiden, Amaya, Kiley, Will, Catelyn, Camden, Thor, Cameron V, Ava, Kaydance and Cason; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts.
