Rosella Richter (Rosie) Tindell, age 93, was received in the
loving arms of her Lord and Savior on December 16, 2017. A funeral will be held
10:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at the Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel with
Pastor Robby Kirby officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Monday, December 18th at the funeral home.
Rosie was born in Riesel, Texas on November 18, 1924 to
Martha (Lange) and Charlie Richter. She was the oldest of five sisters. She
married the love of her life, Roy Tindell in 1941 and they were married for 38
years until the Lord took Roy home at an early age. Together they were blessed
with eleven children. She was employed at Hillcrest Hospital for over 20 years
until she retired, but the most important job for her was taking care of her
husband and children. She was a resident of Ridgecrest Retirement Center in
Waco. Rosie leaves behind a large family legacy.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Roy E.
Tindell; her daughters, Martha Eaton, Sally Dunn and Gloria Shilling; her sons,
Charles Tindell and Billy E. Tindell; her grandson, Roy L. (Bubba) Tindell; her
sisters, Evelyn Earls, Adamson, Lola Mae (Tuddy) Richter and Joyce Anderson;
son in law, Maurice Dunn.
She leaves behind her sons, Jerry W. Tindell and spouse,
Nancy of Waco, Roy L. Tindell and spouse, Sandra of Robinson and Johnny Tindell
and spouse, Barbara of Lacy Lakeview; daughters, Patsy Buckner and spouse,
Ricky of Hewitt, Cathy Beltran and spouse, Abe of Moody and Vivian Suitt and
spouse, Jackie of Hewitt; sons in law, John Schilling of Robinson, Billy Eaton
of Waco; daughter in law, Nora Tindell of Axtell. She also leaves behind 21
grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and many
nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express thanks to the staffs of the
Atrium Hospice and Ridgecrest Retirement Center for their love, support and
care of Rosie.
