Thomas Vernon Wooten, 37, of Waco, passed away Sunday, August 1 in Waco. Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, August 4 at Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel with his uncle Marshall Butler officiating. Visitation will be 1p.m. until service time. Thomas was born November 8, 1972 in Waco and attended LaVega High School. He was a steel worker for Gatlin Construction and enjoyed NASCAR Racing and spending time with his family on the Houseboat. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Shirley Spencer and other grandparents. Survivors include his wife, Dynece (Frazier) Wooten; father, Thomas Wooten; mother Rhonda Thompson and husband Tommy Wayne; and grandmother Lois Wooten all of Waco; grandfather, Vernon Spencer of Mart; daughter, Ashley McDonald of Waco; sons T. C. Wooten of Arkansas and Luke Wooten of Waco; step son, Gary McDonald of South Carolina; step daughters, Christina Weaver and Casie Brinegar both of Arkansas; sister, Shelly Fulp of Waco; step sisters, Jenny Tubbs of Mansfield, Kate Mills of New Braunsfels, Holly Thompson of San Antonio and Doxie Thompson of College Station; aunts, Cherrell Scott and Elaine Holt both of Waco; several uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
