Vivian Westbrook Brewer, 88, of Waco, passed away Friday, August 31, 2012 at St. Catherine's Center in Waco, Texas. Services will be 11 am Tuesday, Sept. 4 at Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel with Gary Westbrook and Linda Wimberely officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6 to 8 pm Monday, September 3, at the funeral home. Vivian was born on September 23. 1923 to E.C. and Alma (Willingham) Westbrook in Milano, Texas. She married James Rufus Brewer on June 7, 1941 to which five children were born. They are James Kenneth Brewer of Ft. Worth, Texas and his deceased wife Nancy, their child, Kendra Erskine and husband Jay, and great-grand children, Abigail and Olivia Erskine. Richard Gary Brewer and wife Janie, of Mart, Texas their children, Scott and Jennifer Brewer and son Ty: Brian and Nicole Brewer of Mart and children, Dalton and Shelby; and Troy and Amanda Brewer of Mart and children, Matthew Allen and Sydney Jensen. Cheryl June Vincent and husband Bob of Waco, children Kathleen Vincent; Robert Vincent and his wife, Ashley of Burleson and daughter Hanna. Paul Bradley Brewer of Waco and daughter Tiffany Duke of Hewitt. Vivian Marie Proctor and husband Kevin of Waco, Texas; their daughters Jennifer Ritch and husband Justin of San Antonio, Texas. Jessica Kidwell and husband Joe. Special friend Susan Brewer. Preceding her in death was her husband, James; parents: Elbert and Alma Westbrook; brothers E.C. Westbrook, Jr. and wife Shirley and William Garland Westbrook and wife Donna Jean; sister June Ball. She is survived by her brother Ronald Westbrook and wife LaDonna and brother-in-law, Eldon Ball, Sr. And numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearer will be her grandsons Scott, Brian, and Troy Brewer; Robert Vincent; and nephews Eldon Ball, Jr. and David Westbrook. Vivian loved her church and spending time with family and all the many friends that she had. She also loved sewing and gardening. She will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her.
